Requests for refunds less than 6 business days before the start of class are only available if the handler or dog enrolled in class can no longer attend due to illness or injury (documentation may be required).
All requests for refunds or credits will be reviewed by Dream Dogs management and may take up to 30 days. If you are unable to continue in your class for any reason other than illness or injury affecting yourself or your dog, no refunds are available. Dream Dogs shall be the exclusive owner to the results and all proceeds of such tapings, photography, reference and recording with the rights, throughout the world, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, to copyright, to use and to license to others in any manner.
